Frank Adorno, President
Frank was first introduced to the construction industry at the young age of 14 while working alongside his father who mentored him, and taught him everything he knew about the concrete trade. Frank’s passion for construction propelled him to earn his degree in Construction Technology in 1983, then founded Adorno Construction in 1988. Because of his dedication, perseverance and hard work, Frank was able to build a reputable company with an honest, experienced, and professional team. He thoroughly enjoys interacting with his clients and industry partners, as well as estimating projects. When he is not on the field or in the office, Frank enjoys boating, wake surfing, hiking, snow skiing, hunting, barbequing, and surrounding himself with family, friends and good food.
Juan Rodriguez, Vice President
Juan’s career with Adorno Construction began in July 1998 working on the field; learning, challenging himself, and gaining years of valuable experience. He continued to advance within the company and went from working on the field, to estimating, to scheduling, then to managing projects from start to finish. Juan’s greatest joy is watching his client’s ideas flourish into a successfully completed project. His tenacity, determination, and reliability has proven to be invaluable to his team, clients, and industry partners. Juan is committed to leading and developing an effective and collaborative team, and enjoys working with them side by side. Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, going off-road, hiking and hunting.
